Keeping this updated!

I am already behind on writing this blog! Imagine that ... me ... procrastinating!

There's nothing new to report other than the severe mood swings I've been experiencing this week. I'm sure it is a combo of my strong desire to finish my contract (I've got only TWO days left) and the pregnancy hormones. Needless to say, absolutely everything infuriates me. I'm probably going to take taxis if I'm feeling ultra cranky because I can't even stand being in a public place. Hopefully I chill out a bit more once tomorrow is finished.

Last night I fell asleep very quickly. Apparently, for ten minutes after I fell asleep, the baby was kicking up a serious storm. His daddy was laying beside me and feeling his infant son do flips, headspins, and other dance moves in my belly! It's really cute that baby and daddy were able to have a moment last night.

Last weekend I went to a group meeting that had a bunch of other expat moms in Seoul. It was great to meet some other people who have babies here! The most interesting thing for me was meeting a couple who is having a baby girl. They're due the day after me and they're calling their little girl Alexandra! The female version of Alexander, which is what we're calling our baby boy!

This Saturday, we've got our last appointment before we start seeing the doctor who will deliver the baby. I'm relieved because I don't really like that clinic (other than everyone on staff speaks English). I cannot wait to see how much the baby has grown and if he's any chubbier!!
